So we had A LOT OF RAIN over the weekend. We had a total of 90 inches. Lets see we had 100 inches of snow this year why not?? only 10 more to go!! =-) The picture looks like they are having fun but I didn't let my kids out in the rain. Don't worry this isn't my neighborhood. This is in Waukesha. I also found out that our water department is going to stop letting poop water into Lake Michigan today. How nice of them to think of us =)

i have one thought on lake michigan and that is... finally.
Houston has the largest medical center in the US and can generally tolerate no more than 4 inches of rain in a 2 hour period. what i've learning having lived/worked in this city... playing in the rain is one thing (your main concern should be lightning, or falling and busting your ass), playing in flood water is an entirely different hazard (your main concern should be the beginning of a plague epidemic).
