very sad. don't know who rae is but this is for rae: people wanna be on the water (or in it), i guess. you should see some of the houses down here, right on the edge of the ocean... they build them on stilts so they won't lose their home during storm surge from hurricanes... ::sigh::
Of course it's not insured I sure as hell wouldn't insure someone who insisted on building that close to water! Sorry I'm sure it sounds mean but why should the tax payers have to keep paying and paying and paying for the morons who keep rebuilding and rebuilding and rebuilding in the same place just to keep having their home flooded! Ok done with my Rant!!!LOL

THEY HAVE A LOT OF MONEY AND NEED TO SPEND IT!! & The funny part well not so funny that house is not insured!!!
